Jeremy is knowledgeable and approachable. He didn't want me to have the most expensive bed. He wanted me to have the bed that best suits my needs. He was also patient and never tried to rush even though he had other customers in the store. I haven't had a chance to sleep in my new bed, but I'm confident in my purchase because Jeremy was so helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks, Jeremy, for a very casual and pleasant experience.

Robert was great to work with. No pressure or upselling, very personable, and really listened. In fact, I shared some personal information about my needs and he talked me out of the more expensive option. The men who delivered the mattress were also friendly and helpful, and respect to them. My principle mantra about shopping has always been about good customer service: you take care of me, and I'll take care of you. I've passed the store a million times and hadn't thought much about it. But I thought I'd give it try when I was ready to buy. The overall experience was much better than I expected, and I'll be recommending them to anyone in the market.

Jeremy did a wonderful job showing all the mattress options we could choose during our visit. We tested soft, medium and firm mattresses, with and without remote options. We had no pressure as we took our time going back and forth around the showroom. He answered all our questions thoroughly and demonstrated great professionalism.
