We have been customers of Brooklyn Bedding for almost 7 years. Their beds are beautiful, comfortable and lasting. We have tried several other mattress brands and have ended up returning them, just to find ourselves back at BB. You cant beat the prices, especially for the comfort. All employees we have had the opportunity to work with have been helpful, kind and made the process effortless. Highly recommend them!

Mattia at Brooklyn Bedding was wonderful to work with. We went in looking for a new bed having in mind what we were looking, however have not had to buy a bed for a long time, we needed help. Mattia explained the difference between the way the mattresses are constructed, and gave us plenty of time to try the different styles as well as answer all our many questions. We never felt rushed or pressured to buy anything. We are excited to have our new bed delivered this weekend!

Stopped into the Brooklyn Bedding store on Market St, this morning to see about a new Cal King mattress for my husband & I. We had hoped that Cody would be working today, and he was. Cody has been with Brooklyn Bedding for a number of years. He is very knowledgeable about their mattresses. We have always worked with him, even if it meant we had to drive a bit further away from home for us. He showed us several great styles to choose from;)

I had an outstanding customer experience that exceeded all expectations with Cody Chamberlain, Sleep Specialist at the Brooklyn Bedding Gilbert store.
I shopped around online for a few weeks and kept seeing Brooklyn Bedding high in the rankings.
I noticed they were close to me and decided to visit the store, and all I can say is that I'm very glad I did. Cody was extremely professional, informative with no pressure. He patiently explained the various mattresses and the adjustable bed frames, and as a result, I ended up pulling the trigger that day in the store.
White glove delivery was scheduled for a couple weeks out and it went very smoothly with the set-up of the adjustable frame and mattress.This was on a Thursday. The next day, Friday, I noticed an issue with the frame and called the store. Cody talked me through it and then offered to stop by and take a look at it on his way home, which I gratefully accepted.
The issue was electronic and wasn't immediately identified so he diagnosed everything he could and assured me that he would contact the techs and have them come out ASAP. Mind you, this was on the Friday night of Memorial Day weekend and Cody cared enough to stop by on his way home from the store to see if he could resolve the issue right then and there. Imagine that!
He called the Brooklyn Bedding techs the next day and arranged for them to come out Monday, Memorial Day. The techs came out, diagnosed the electrical control box issue and replaced my frame with a new one that they had on their truck.
All the way around, just incredible customer service, and on a busy holiday weekend. Called Friday afternoon, Cody stopped by Friday night to resolve the issue, realized techs were needed and scheduled them to come out on Memorial Day...problem resolved.
So refreshing and unusual to receive such great customer service in this day and age. Kudos to Cody and Brooklyn Bedding for their excellent work!
Finally, I do a lot of my shopping online these days. I could have made this purchase online and not gone into the store at all. I'm so grateful that I went into their store and worked with Cody to buy my new mattress and frame. I have no idea what kind of online customer service I would have received with the post-purchase electrical issue, but I'm confident it would not have been anything close to the amazing service and problem resolution that Cody and his team provided.
If you're considering a new frame and/or mattress upgrade, I highly recommend visiting with Cody at the Brooklyn Bedding store in Gilbert, AZ. You'll be glad you did.
