Went to this BB a few weeks ago to purchase a new mattress! Tyler helped me out and was very patient, informative, and encouraging to take my time. I never felt pressured to buy anything or a specific model/brand. We had some good conversations and ultimately I picked out the bed that felt right for me! Hands down the best experience with outstanding customer service! There was no hard selling just education and helping you get the best deal possible. Our bed was delivered out of state he was able to follow up calls letting us know when we should receive it and followed up to make sure we were happy with it! Great experience today at Brooklyn bedding. My sales manager Erik was super knowledgeable and explained everything to us. Answered all questions completely. Flipped the mattress so we could test it and compare. Showed us different models to compare as well. Can't wait for my new mattress to be delivered. Thank you Erik and Brooklyn bedding.

This was an amazing experience! Keaton totally took care of us! Initially we went into the store last night right before closing, because we were trying to catch the sale for Black Friday. (Yes, we know we hate being those last minute customers for employees of customer service because they don’t get to go home on time) However, Keaton didn’t care and said that’s fine and was totally respectful and showed us some mattresses. Yet, being that I wanted to run numbers after and not just jump into a payment plan I told him we would come back the next day to buy it. So after running my numbers and everything looking good on my end for the budget we came back in and got the mattress. Keaton was surprised to see us, but I said when you treat people this well I’m coming back to only work with you. We laughed. But seriously he took his time gave us the deal and was super professional and other companies can take a lesson or 2 from Keaton on how to treat customers right! If you are in the market for a mattress or bed go here and ask for Keaton! He’ll take care of you! Thanks again!

Martin was excellent. We visited the Queen Creek location. He was super helpful in getting us what we needed.
