This furniture gallery is unlike many I have worked at over my years doing furniture promotions & liquidation. The manufacturers & vendors they work with are of high quality as well as affordable prices. They staff are unbelievably helpful & answer all questions with honesty & integrity. The furniture quality is pretty good here and the prices are some of the lowest around. The employees are very friendly and they don't pressure you to buy anything. We worked with Stephanie and she is really good. They have a good selection of dining room, living room, and bedroom sets. They also sell rugs and wall art. We bought a dining room set and it was delivered about a week later. The cost of delivery includes installation. The guys were quick and professional. Very pleased with their work.

Really love this store. They have a beautiful showroom with lots of great pricing on just about everything. The Sales people are welcoming and friendly and very helpful getting you the best price. I highly recommend getting your home furnishings there....satisfied customer here

We had the best experience ever today at BT Furnishing! The General Manager Austin Behrns was absolutely amazing! From the time we walked into the building looking for a dining room table, he was ready to help us weigh our options. He showed us different styles that would be suitable for our family needs. He also informed us of all the current deals that they had and ensured us that he was there to assist. Customer service is very important and Austin went above and beyond. Our family was able to find a dining room table that best fits our needs and also a great price $335 including 6 chairs. Thanks again Austin.

Me and my husband bought this sectional from BT furnishings and were very exciting that we found the perfect sectional for our home; for the price that we could manage as well !! BUT you get what you pay for less than 6 months later the back of the couch began UNSTAPLING, I assume the plywood in the center of the couch has cracked and caused couch to sink, the springs did not hold up causing our guest and our selves to be sunk into the cushions, we had to place reinforcement cushions under the pillows just not to fall In the couch! When buying the couch my husband asked do they offer a warranty or protection plan the young lady stated that it covers stains and such but the furniture is pretty durable and most of the time isn't needed for our type of material so we declined. The same with a box spring that we bought for my daughter's twin bed; plywood as well I guess it cracked and caved in ... we got wiser and bought better quality box springs and got rid of the couch until we find a suitable replacement. We do not have little children, so nothing has been done to cause this type of damage to furniture in such a short length of time. Needless to say we learned our lesson
