Sleep Number Arlington

My husband has severe back issues so we decided to try a sleep number mattress. Went to the Arlington store and Bri was our sales person. She was amazing and listened to what we wanted and did not try to up sale us. We were able to purchase what was best for us not the sales person. Now just waiting for delivery and very excited to sleep comfortably. If looking to purchase one go see Bri at the Arlington, TX store she will get you the perfect mattress for you.

Had this bed for 2 yrs never had a good sleep. Horrible customer service, they wont help at all and if they need to come out to check your bed out you need to pay them to come to your home. Horrible product and customer service. I had my hip replaced and purchased this bed because I thought it was a great investment but nope! Horrible Horrible investment. So expensive for nothing. Called customer service to see what kind of options they got and well you need to pay just for the tech to come out and check their Horrible product. If I could go back in time. I wouldn't step inside that store. They're only selling the name not the quality!! *They dont work with you at all.* They will charge to have someone out to look at their defective product. Still hating this product. Broken screw on the bottom of the mattress it actually keeps the bed in place, I called and they charge me if I want someone to come out. Really?. HORRIBLE NAME BRAND, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I suggest you do not buy anything from this particular store in Arlington. The lady that sold us the bed neglected to tell us that, even though they were going to bring down the bed and assemble it, the headboard would be coming separate through FedEx and be our responsibility to attach. That wouldn’t be so bad except for this is the second bed we have purchased from this particular store and I am a disabled veteran and there’s no way I can move the king-size bed We purchased and attach the headboard. When I called to complain about this on the day of delivery, I was told please call us when the headboard comes in and we will come down and install the headboard for you. The headboard came in I called and they said sure for $150 We will come down and attach the headboard that we neglected to tell you would come later through FedEx. I’m also very upset because the remote they sent down with the bed did not work, I was told we will send you another remote and please just call us. We will come out and that remote to your bed again they want $150 to come down to my house. The sales lady Samantha, I believe her name was, was having hot flashes and not feeling too good and had to keep interrupting our purchase and my wife and I were more than patient and understanding about this something tells me this might be the reason she neglected to tell us that we were responsible for the headboard. $8000 is a lot of money to have to pay another $150 to have someone come down and attached the headboard.

We were making our purchase online but decided to come in and feel the difference in mattresses and we are so incredibly happy that we did! We have a king size bed, but we're looking at the queen size because of the price being expensive. Shanna K. greeted us immediately upon walking in & she looked up our order and put us on a queen and it was so small in comparison to the king. She also let us feel the difference in firmness and how different raising both head and feet together on one base vs separate. My husband had MS and he's disabled and most sales people move Too quickly for him and talk to fast for him but shanna was very mindful of him. Shanna was kind, thoughtful and she was very patient with us as we had tons of questions. We felt comfortable enough with her to ask all the questions we had and Shanna answered any questions we had honestly and even thought of some things we never thought of, which we greatly appreciate. Shanna even explained the process of keeping your mattress in great condition with the mattress protectors and how the oils from our bodies can still affect the mattress. Overall it was a great experience and we're so thankful we didn't purchase online bcs we would've been very unhappy w the queen and not being able to separate the foot/head lift separately. Shanna explained all the pricing and she even helped us with the prescription our doctor wrote for us to get the sleep number bed so we didn't have to pay sales tax. That alone saved us $500!!! My husband and I are forever grateful to Shanna for her excellent customer service! If you want a sleep number bed-go talk to Shanna! You won't be disappointed! Thank you so much for helping us Shanna! We can't wait to get our new sleep number bed so that we can start getting a greats night sleep!

We've owned several Sleep Number beds and just finished acquiring a new bed at the Arlington TX location. Great friendly service by the Manager Mr. Comfort! Yup that's Taylor's last name - and boy did he deliver!
