First and foremost we’d like to be clear, this purchase was under no way solicited with any type of pressure. My husband and I were on our way to Costco. We just so happened to be speaking of getting a new bed. And we stopped in to just get an idea. Quinten was so insightful. He asked our needs, wants, and interests. We educated us on what each bed had to offer. We felt that because he took such an interest in knowing about us and ask with our questions that it was a perfect decision to purchase a bit at that time partner with Michael, who was also very insightful, giving us all the different options and plans and ultimately giving us information about our financing methods. Should that have been away we chose to go. Ultimately, we were very, very pleased. We walked away assured in our purchase. And can’t wait to enjoy our new bed Quentin and Michael thank you so very very much! Mattress firm you got a couple of good guys there!

Great no-pressure experience and good prices too. Mike and Quentin helped my wife and I when we came in. We tried many mattresses over the course of almost two hours and they had the answers for all the hard questions we asked about the mattress technologies, differences, deals, etc. Then we left to ponder our options for a few days. Their follow-ups were helpful and not at all pestering. When we returned to retest our favorites and buy, the process was nice and easy. We would recommend this store to anyone looking for a new mattress!
