He answered every question, explained the differences between the various models, and made the entire process easy and enjoyable. The DreamCloud Plush is everything we were hoping for—luxurious, incredibly comfortable, and supportive. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase. If you’re shopping for a new mattress, do yourself a favor and ask for Matt. I needed a new mattress after my ceiling collapsed during a storm ruining my existing Kingsdown. I was overwhelmed with choosing a new mattress since they do not make the mattress that I had anymore. However, the sales rep (Randy) that I had was great. He was incredibly informative with everything that I had questions about and helped me decide which one would be best as a replacement. I was there for 3 hours asking questions, laying on beds, and trying to figure out which one I wanted and he was incredibly patient. Not once did he seem annoyed or aggravated that I was taking all day lol so I commend him for that. He also had to change out a ton of mattresses for me to try the ones that were not on display and he did that Without complaint. He did a lot of work for me and I am grateful for all of it. Thank you again for everything. The mattress that I ended up choosing was the “nectar 13 inch all foam” which was a medium/firm feel but not hard. Perfect for me!

My salesperson Jesus, did a terrific job. He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He took me through all of the options and helped me determine what might be a good match for me based on the questions he asked me. He helped me find the perfect mattress for my needs. I highly recommend asking for Jesus at the South Arlington location!

Jesus was a man of his word, from Mansfield to south Arlington great customer service. The store manager in Mansfield was also great and helped me as well but I always forget his name so forgive but I think it's Robert. Either way great people 👌🏿
