Danny Cox was great to work with! He was very helpful, informative and was not pushy whatsoever. He gave us our time and space to walk through the showroom and answered our questions when needed. Ended up selecting a beautiful selectional. Delivery was flawless as well. The team was on time, very friendly and had everything set up within minutes. Overall, great experience and I would highly recommend working with Danny Cox.

My partner and I were on a time-crunch to buy a twin mattress for a family member’s move, so we stopped at Raymour & Flanigan in Seakonk on a whim. It was honestly a 10/10 experience. The staff (I forgot her name) were super kind and helpful! We will definitely be back for any furniture needs in the future.

My experience recently was absolutely remarkable. I was placing an online order for 2 mattresses. My billing address is different than my delivery address. There was an issue getting it straightened out.I chatted with their online help. There was a sales associate that answered the online chat named Bill Bento. He assisted me in straightening it out,and having me scheduled for delivery to the proper place. As we were speaking in the online chat, he had given me his text number in order to be sure the payment went through and get confirmation and told me to keep the number if I needed any assistance. At midnight when I looked at the confirmation email, I saw somebody transpose the delivery address and the billing address. I texted to what I thought was the gentleman's business phone.He would see it in the morning and be able to rectify it. He literally answered me at midnight.Told me, I'll fix it right now.Then, text it back to show me it had been rectified. I was so embarrassed that I called somebody's personal cellphone at midnight. He could not have been nicer. Bill Bento was the definition of customer service and he was appreciated.

We purchased an adjustable bed frame and mattress. It has been awhile since our last mattress purchase so we had questions and concerns. William “Bill” Bento was our consultant. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient and very responsive. We had a great experience and of course we purchased our much needed piece of heaven at Raymour & Flanigan!

Our sales associate was Joseph, he was very knowledgeable and helped out the multiple times we went into the showroom. We were in the middle of a renovation so needed to hold off on delivery. Joseph stayed in contact with us to make the process easy once we were ready. We had a defect in the couch and my husband was contacted by the manager Marc who made sure we got the piece replaced. The customer service was something I dont see anymore. Will definitely recommend Raymour & Flanigan
