Bianca was very helpful in resolving an issue. She helped behind the scenes with customer service and the delivery co to ensure prompt action. She was professional, very positive, great follow through with answers, and determined to make sure my mom was a very happy customer. She went way above & beyond. Great job!

We went to Casper over this past weekend to purchase a twin mattress for our daughter and Bianca was wonderful in helping us. We purchased the same day and had already received the mattress and we are very pleased!

My husband and I purchased mattresses after visiting the So.Coadt Plaza store. We had done our research online but wanted to have a hands-on experience. The salesman's name was Aaron and he could not have been more helpful or knowledgeable. We chose based on our online research and the sales, delivery and set-up went smoothly. But after 2 nights I realized the Snow mattress wasn't quite right for my 70+ year old back. My husband was very happy with his choice which was Dream. We waited the 30 days as requested and I then called Aaron. Once again, he was wonderful. He guided us thru the return process and spent time with me regarding another choice. We spoke at length and he recommended Dream Max which I purchased. That process went well, just like the initial one did. My back is very very happy. I love the Dream Max. Besides liking the product, we're really happy there are still good sales associates who understand their product and take a little time with you. Without Aaron's help, I would have probably given up after the first attempt and gone back to Tempurpedic we previously had. Glad we didn't. I really do love my Dream Max!!

I recently purchased a duvet cover from Casper and couldn’t be happier with the quality and comfort. The material feels incredibly soft and luxurious—exactly what I was looking for to upgrade my bedding. I also want to give a big shoutout to Bruce for his outstanding customer service. He was super knowledgeable, friendly, and went out of his way to make sure I found exactly what I needed. Thanks to Bruce and the Casper team, the whole experience was seamless from start to finish. Highly recommend!

I purchased my Snow queen-size mattress in July, and I can honestly say I have zero regrets, love my comfy mattress. It's incredibly comfortable and keeps me cool throughout the night; no more waking up in a sweaty haze! The quality and comfort have exceeded my expectations. One of the standout parts of my experience was the customer service tbh. I have social anxiety, so I appreciated how Isaiah made me feel at ease during the whole process. He didn’t pressure me at all, which was a huge relief. Instead, he took the time to explain the different mattresses and their benefits and asked thoughtful questions to help me find the perfect one. He was friendly, patient, and super informative, like talking to a friend who genuinely wanted to help. I was also able to try out the mattresses in the store without any hassle, which made the decision-making process much easier. I highly recommend visiting this location if you're considering a Casper mattress. The atmosphere is laid-back, friendly, and pressure-free, making for a very pleasant shopping experience. I’m so happy with my Snow mattress and can’t recommend it enough! :D
