I had an excellent experience at the Casper mattress store thanks to Michael. From the moment we walked in, he was welcoming, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable about every mattress option. He took the time to ask thoughtful questions about our sleep habits, comfort preferences, and specific needs, then guided us to the best choices without any pressure or sales tactics. Michael’s expertise really stood out — he explained the differences between models clearly and helped us understand how each mattress would support side sleeping, temperature regulation, and overall comfort. He made what could have been an overwhelming decision feel easy and enjoyable. His professionalism, kindness, and genuine desire to help us find the right fit made the entire experience exceptional. I visited the Casper store and was helped by Aubrey, who was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. She walked us through all the mattress options and made sure every question was answered. We didn’t make a purchase that first day because we wanted to keep looking, but a week and a half later we found ourselves back, largely because of how great Aubrey’s service was. She even answered additional questions over email before and after we purchased. Her customer service truly stood out compared to other mattress stores in the mall. I’m so happy with my new mattress and highly recommend the Casper store in Brea. If you get Aubrey, you’re in great hands!

I met Michael at the Casper Brea store more than a year ago. He was very informative of the product line and I initially settled on the Dream mattress but needed more time to decide. Michael emailed me sale information multiple times to keep me interested. During the next year I purchased a Dream mattress for my daughter who is in another state and got to sleep on it for a couple weeks. When I returned from the trip I received another timely email regarding the Thanksgiving sale. I ended up with the Dream Max after trying them again. Michael researched the adjustable bases to answer questions I had. Overall Michael was a pleasure to work with and very responsive to my requests.

My wife and I stopped by the store to look for a pillow, and Aubrey took the time to introduce several different options to us. She was very friendly and even let us lie down and try the pillows in-store, which really helped us decide. We ended up choosing the Hybrid Snow Pillow and purchased two. We’re very happy with the recommendation and really appreciated the overall experience at the Casper Brea store.

Had a great experience here. The team was really helpful and showed us around and let us experience the mattresses freely, especially Michael. Helped us with some deals as well. Products are good, but we are still testing it, so time will tell. But so far no complaints (about a month in)
