Casper - Short Pump Town Center

We worked directly with the owner, Jeff. He helped us choose the best mattress for our antique bed. He even offered a low rise box spring which was perfect for our tall bed. Delivery was within 1 week during the ice and snow. I would recommend Mattress Direct to anyone.

I had not heard of Casper mattresses until I read the positive reviews in consumer reports and knew I had to check out their mattresses. We had an excellent experience at the Casper store at short pump town center. Sophie was super helpful, pointing out the differences with the mattresses and answering our questions. I love that all the mattresses we tried offered support and we could’ve easily gone with any one of them. I also love that we could lie down on each of the mattresses and Sophie would close a little curtain so that we didn’t feel conspicuous as other customers walked by. we tried other mattress stores, but Casper was the best, and Sophie was the most helpful sales person we encountered!

I purchased a Casper mattress a few months ago. I worked with Alex Eddy and she helped me pick the right mattress within my budget. I explained the allergies I have as well in terms of what is inside the mattress. Alex explained that to me as well being that was one of my top concerns. Casper also had a special to get the mattress cover, sheets and pillows as well. Unlike traditional mattress store there is no pressure to buy which I prefer. You can ask lots of questions and lay on all the different beds and make your choice. One thing I will say is once your mattress arrives it takes about a month to soften.
