Better Sleep Shop

I bought a new purple mattress, mattress cover, and got a bogo deal on two purple pillows. The purchase on 2-27-22 went great we left the store with one pillow and mattress cover. When the mattress was to be delivered on 3-23-22, which got cancelled by the delivery company. It took an entire day on the phone to reschedule the delivery for 3-29-22. Ww called multiple times and nobody could give an answer on when the second pillow would be in. I stopped at the store on 3-29-22 to see if the pillow had arrived, but it hadn't so I was reassured that I would be called when it arrived. My wife called on 4-2-22 and inquired about the pillow, and was told that it wasn't there but to come in on 4-3-22 to pick it up. I set on hold for over an hour to talk to no one. I drove to the store on 4-5-22 to see if maybe the pillow had arrived, where I was told by the customer service worker said it wasn't there. I insisted she look for it. She called a wearhouse employee to the counter to go look for it at which time he said there was a pillow back there. He brought the pillow up to the desk, and I ask him how long the pillow had been back there and he informed me that it had been there since 4-1-22. Long story short the sales people, managers, and customer service person did not care enough to follow through with seeing the order being filled.
