We had an excellent experience working with Joanne. She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and attentive throughout the entire process. Joanne took the time to listen to our needs and understand exactly what we were looking for in a new mattress. She patiently answered all of our questions, explained the different options available, and helped guide us toward the best choice for our comfort and budget. Her professionalism, expertise, and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction made the experience easy and enjoyable. We never felt pressured and truly appreciated her personalized approach. We also had the pleasure of meeting Peter, the store manager, whose polished hospitality and professionalism truly stood out. He helped create a welcoming atmosphere and made us feel valued as customers from the moment we walked in. His attention to detail and commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience were evident throughout our visit. Together, Joanne and Peter made what could have been an overwhelming purchase into a pleasant and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend ! I slept on a number before and lost it hurricane Ian, I have missed it and not nearly as good. I knew what I wanted and Peter was able to provide great service and lead me to exactly what I wanted in a matter of minutes, as I am a quick shopper and not patient. Excellent experience Peter knows his product I would recommend sleep number to anybody who wants to sleep good, in my case also have back and leg relief.

We had an incredible experience at the Sleep Number store, thanks to Juan. He was exceptionally friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. Juan took the time to explain how the beds work. I highly recommend asking for him when you visit the Naples store.

Everyone at this location was very, very nice and helpful. I worked with Juan, most closely, he asked great questions that helped me decide what the best bed and set up would be this time around ( I already own a queen size sleep number bed that I purchased 10 years ago and I’m very very happy with it. I wanted to get a King size bed this time). He patiently explained everything to me in terms of the purchasing process, he offered me lots of alternatives and based on my responses, he helped me make a great choice. Thank you, Juan!
