Mattress Firm Naples North

I visited Mattress Firm today in search of a specific mattress and had the pleasure of working with Chris Bogle. He was professional, patient, and highly knowledgeable about the products, taking the time to understand my needs and guide me to the right choice. The entire process was smooth and efficient, making it a very positive experience. I left feeling confident and satisfied with my purchase. I would highly recommend working with Chris-a five-star experience. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

My experience at Mattress Firm was a pleasure. Matthew is just the nicest guy. He listened to what we wanted, then led us to the mattress that fulfilled our wants. We tried the mattress and the pillow, too, which was comfortable for my neck issues as well. Matthew explained how the mattress was made and why it would help with my back and shoulder problems. He was a pleasure to work with. Great place to shop for a mattress.

Best mattress-buying experience we’ve ever had! Chris at Mattress Firm was absolutely amazing — he truly listened to what we needed, was patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole process effortless. He took such great care of us and helped us find the perfect mattress. Even our little one gave it a thumbs up 👍😊 If you’re looking for exceptional customer service and someone who genuinely cares, ask for Chris. Highly recommend!

Sales rep (Chris) was prompt, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the purchasing of a mattress. He did his best to match an older mattress that had been discontinued that we wanted to replicate. We actually communicated a lot via text initially and when we got to the showroom the process was pretty efficient. We were treated very well and walked away felling great about our purchase. In summary, very responsive, informed and helpful.

My wife and I just purchased a Stearns & Foster mattress after working with Shari, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Shari truly listened—to how we sleep, our comfort challenges, and what hadn’t worked for us in the past. She took the time to understand our preferences and even picked up on subtle things we hadn’t considered ourselves. When we compared different mattresses, she helped us break down exactly what we liked (or didn’t like) between mattress A and B—without ever pushing or rushing us. She also understood our timeline and made sure we stayed on track to get the perfect bed when we needed it. Shari explained every detail, from the build and feel of Stearns & Foster mattresses to how Tempur-Pedic beds differ, making us feel fully informed and confident in our choice. Above all, Shari made mattress shopping enjoyable, educational, and low-stress. We’re sleeping better already thanks to her. If you're looking for someone who genuinely cares about finding you the right mattress—not just making a sale—go see Shari. Thank you, Shari, for helping us find the perfect fit!
