This mattress store had great customer service right when we walked in. He greeted us, and had lots of knowledge about all the beds. All the other stores were way too expensive and weren’t that friendly. I liked the quality of the beds here and were very comfy. I give5 stars
View on GoogleMy husband and I purchased a mattress in 2021 from them and have loved it since, best mattress we’ve ever owned. Still as perfect as the day we purchased it. We came in again this year (2026) to get a mattress for our child and had the pleasure of working with the son (we can’t recall his name but they’re all family owned) they are VERY knowledgeable about their products and sell high quality, low or completely toxin free mattresses (genuinely, not even greenwashed as tons of companies claim to be toxin free). Their workers who make the mattresses don’t even need special suits protecting their lungs from hazardous VOC’s and chemicals to work in the warehouse as every mattress warehouse workers typically do. Amazing products, (safe and healthy for even newborns to use), amazing customer service. Definitely recommend!!
View on Google5 stars! We loved the customer service! He was very helpful going over all the different prices of things and even breaking down payments of every bed we were interested in. He did go above and beyond. We also had our toddler running around the entire store while trying to decide. Super great family run business!
View on GoogleBest bed buying experience Ever. Last weekend I needed a mattress for my new apartment. The customer service and communication was literally, comfortingly a breeze! I was able to take my lanai mattress with me and was recommended a bed stand (instead of buying lumber and no need for a box spring) to place in my vintage bed frame. It's perfect! I pushed the bed so you can see in the picture. Super easy! And of course, I got the heat/cooling pillow. So happy to wake up in my new home in this new comfy bed. Thank you!
View on GoogleDan was delightful, helpful informative, and made the process super easy I walked in. We talked about a couple of options and he gave me the pros and cons of each one and I left with the best Diehl and the best mattress I could ever imagine. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a mattress. They are honest, hard-working, and moral and ethical. Loved there selection as well. Best customer service ever!
