Great experience! Brittney was extremely helpful, knowledgable, and patient with all of our questions and concerns. We did shop around at half a dozen mattress places in the area, and while National Mattress wasn’t quite the cheapest option, it is obvious that you get what you pay for in terms of service and quality compared with the other stores. I have no doubt we made the right choice. The store was clean, quiet, and comfortable, with personalized attention at every stage of the process from well informed testing and selecting, through to delivery and followup. Top notch professional service the entire time. Family run business, her husband and son delivered next day for free and did an excellent job. Though I don’t expect to need another mattress anytime soon, I know where we will shop when the time comes. Can’t recommend enough. A+

They shipped the mattress free of charge to my kids so they didn't have to drive to pick the mattress up. I would highly recommend them!

We were greeted by friendly Dagmar who asked us a few questions, pointed us to the mattresses we came to lay on, answered our questions, and was very knowledgable. Dagmar is a professional in customer service. We were not pressured or hovered over; when we had questions, Dagmar was available and so helpful. We were able to check out, were given all of the information about the order, shipping, using the bed, the cover, warranty, etc., then a few days later, she called me to ensure I knew the order was great, and that she was able to help us once more by figuring out shipping to our home, which really helped us out even more! Truly a professional in customer service and mattresses. She was wonderful to work with and we really did have a wonderful experience and found an affordable mattress that will help our backs and quality of sleep. I walked in without much of an idea of where to start, and she guided me through the options without ever making me feel pressured. She really took the time to understand what I needed and made the whole process simple and stress-free. They are also the only store I've found with a Helix mattress in store for you to try. The service didn’t end there! My new mattress was delivered the same day. I walked in around 12:30pm, and by 2:30pm it was already at my home. Truly exceptional service from start to finish. Nothing but great things to say. Highly recommend!
