Went to buy a mattress for my daughter but also mentioned my husband and I need a new one at a later date. Michelle was very knowledgeable about the science into getting the right mattress for us without the pressure of a salesperson. She seems like a truly genuine person and was very pleasant to talk with. I really enjoyed my experience and now know I'll be going back there to get our next mattress.

Gabriel was our salesman and he was excellent!! We walked in with a pretty limited budget and he didn’t bat an eye. He asked questions and thought through our needs well and got us a GREAT deal in the price range we needed. Very competent. Very helpful. Perfect all the way around. Can’t wait to get the mattress now!

I went shopping for a new mattress and stopped in a couple of different places. The last place was mattress firm in Coeur d'Alene. Michelle the salesperson was very informative very pleasant and easy to talk to. She did not push me into purchasing something I didn't want or couldn't afford. Gave information on corrective sleeping habits and a lot of information on the different mattresses. I made my purchase got it home set it up, and my first night there was a huge difference in how I slept much better woke up feeling much better. Thank you so much Michelle you are an asset to the company.

Wonderful service and help. I walked in barely knowing what I wanted and I left with a mattress I loved at a great price. Michelle was wonderful to me, she was funny and incredibly welcoming and helpful. She also made me very comfortable in my decision. Will be returning for future buys.
