Josh was super amazing. I came in last minute with my three kids acting crazy 10 minutes before his shift ended. Josh was super patient, polite, informative about all my options. I had no feeling of being rushed at all. Josh was super knowledgeable and gave me many options but above all was super honest with what I need versus what I want. I felt like he had my best interest at heart genuinely. I didn’t have purchasing a bed that day or that month but then with all my options in front of me I did. But that was my choice and I wasn’t pressured one bit to buy it. When you are presented with a deal you strike is my motto. I recommend anyone to looking for a bed to go see JOSH, what a guy he is. Mattress firm should be happy to have a gentleman like that.

My boyfriend and I had such a great experience at Mattress Firm thanks to Joshua. He was super knowledgeable, really friendly, and went above and beyond to help us. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and knows what he’s talking about. I really appreciated how kind and patient he was throughout the whole process. I’d definitely recommend anyone to shop here if you’re looking for great service and quality mattresses.

Service was great. Explained our situation, John and Tim were awesome. They even found some additional savings which led us to upgrade to the Ergo ProSmart base. All in all, great experience. Remember people, you spend at least 1/3 of your life sleeping. Don’t be cheap. It will change your life.

Went in looking for a new mattress- had an idea of what I wanted & how much I wanted to spend. Tim was working and very personable- he knew the mattresses and was very helpful. Let me know there were some of the same mattresses at the warehouse for overstock and they were priced lower. I got the overstock inventory and will update this review with the delivery and value for the product when I get it. All in all - a good experience walking in the door. Great customer service!

I had just left Raymour and Flannigan with a very bad taste in my mouth. I was looking for a full size bed and a twin. I wanted two Serra soft mattresses. Peter my salesman at Mattress Firm was a kind and accommodating man who truly wanted to help. The difference was amazing. I saved money, got the adjustable bases with vibration. I am a terminal cancer patient. Comfort is critical. Peter demonstrated how much better I could breathe with the bed slightly adjusted. I will sleep well. Thank you!
