Sleep Number

Meghan was wonderful. She returned my call immediately and was quick to get the process started. She respected my choices, and gave me multiple options for those I hadn’t decided on. She was professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She walked me through the process and even though I currently have a sleep number bed in another location, refreshed my memory and shared new features. Most importantly she stayed within my budget. Thank you Meghan for the great experience!

Maylee was very knowledgeable about the products. She carefully outlined the benefits features and differences between each mattress profile. She also was an exceptionally good listener and guided us towards the mattress that suited both of our needs. We were both very impressed! We feel very good about our purchase!

Maylee! Maylee! Maylee! She was very patient and informative!! She clearly focused on our needs and our wants and understood that we wanted to make an investment into our sleep (and selves) and invested herself just as much to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. We are extremely excited and thank her so much for her service!!

Manager lied and said it was normal for all their prior lines to be discontinued and all brand new lines. That is absolutely false. I’ve been looking every couple holidays since 2020 and I also own a sleep number as well. Yes they usually discontinue a few but never ALL besides one. That doesn’t happen. Lied to by manager trying to manipulate me and put significant pressure to purchase one. I was not at all impressed with these especially after trying for 2 hours and went home and sleepy on my old one which I woke up fine and I do not need a new one for the price I paid so I want to cancel the order. One review that is 2 stars for their entire new lines. I couldn’t get an explanation of why this change. I am really interested since I have no reviews to look at and this is strange. Maybe supply chain problems but I want to know. I did not get an answer and this makes me uncomfortable to be settling for a bed I have to buy a topper for. You should never spend over $5k on a bed and need a topper for it. I can wait another holiday after there are enough reviews available.

Both Meaghan and Maylee were extremely helpful. In store Meaghan was knowledgeable, courteous and not the least bit pushy. She is a big help and selecting the model that was right for my need. Maylee completed the sale quickly and professionally
