We were immediately greeted by the smile of Stephanie Williams. We told her what we were looking for and what our plan was. She gave us the space and autonomy to sit on every couch and ask all the questions. She was patient, kind and knowledgeable. It was a great experience and we would highly recommend her to assist you with all your furniture needs! We went back the next day and bought some additional pieces and the experience was just as pleasant.

Diane Ellis was very pleasant to work with, buying furniture is like buying a car, but she made the whole experience comfortable and treated us like family. She is good people!! If we could add more stars we would, she is highly recommended for all your ROOM TO GO..NEEDS!

We were assisted in a new mattress purchase by Jamie. She was wonderful to work with showing us different priced mattresses and different brands and levels of firmness. She was patient and knowledgeable in her presentations. We were able to purchase a new mattress, platform, and 2 pillows today based on the information she gave us yesterday which allowed us to take measurements at home and know exactly what would work best for us.

My wife and I walked in and were immediately greeted by sales associate Eric Brown. We already knew what we wanted to look at and all we had to do was show him and he took us right to it! This was our first ever brand new furniture purchasing experience and Eric made us very comfortable and talked us through everything!
