We had a fantastic experience with Crystal Lake Furniture! They’re a local business, and Mari—our sales representative—was incredibly helpful from start to finish. The service here is far better than any big-box chain. Mari even followed up after our sectional was delivered to make sure everything arrived perfectly and met our expectations. We’re very happy with our purchase. They offer a wide variety of brands and options, so there’s something for everyone. View on GoogleTo start off, this place has a massive selection of customizable furniture. My wife and I never had adult furniture since moving into our new home a few years back and ended up finding a lovely bedroom set. Delivery and wait times were quick, we were told 4-6 weeks but had received our items in the third week of waiting. The furniture we received were high quality and durable wood, however we did have an issue with one of the soft close drawers located at the foot of the bed. This is where I want to stress that no matter how good custom furniture is, sometimes they can come in damaged in transit. We notified their store and Kimberly immediately ordered us a new bedframe drawer. Upon waiting some more, Brad (the owner) came out himself to replace the damaged drawer with the newly arrived drawer but noticed the new drawer was not sitting the way it should. He immediately told me that he will order a new set altogether to ensure flush fitment for the drawers by the bottom of our feet. Both Brad and Kimberly have been quick to respond throughout all of these issues and I have been highly impressed by their customer service attitude in order to make things right with our purchase. As a consumer purchasing a product from any store, you may encounter issues, that's just life. However, the customer service will be the one thing that separates stores from being just ok to being great.
View on GoogleWe purchased furniture from Kim 5 years ago when we moved into our new house. We were pleased with the prices and excellent customer service. We decided to come back and visit after the purchase of our 2nd home. This time we met Shar who was so friendly and helpful with our needs. She helped us decorate and visualize our rooms so we could make the best selection. As always, Kim and Shar did not disappoint and we walked out of there with our entire new house decorated. We are so happy and pleased and will continue to recommend all our family and friends to you.
View on Google11 years ago, I purchased my couch from Crystal Lake Furniture! The reason I went back is that their quality is leaps and bounds better than other furniture stores in the area! From the moment we walked into the store to finalizing our purchase, Mari was fantastic. She was patient with us as we needed time to decide on fabric color and pillow color. She let us take home color swatches to be able to visualize them in our home. Mari offered up suggestions and really had a great eye for interior design. We can't wait to get our new sectional couch!

She helped us design the living room we dreamt of. Sales people with lacking knowledge chasing you for a sale, limited options on the cookie cutter, low quality furniture made furniture shopping a night mare at big box stores. Mary Crystal Lake furniture made the experience fun and low pressure. We feel confident in the purchase made, we know the quality furniture we are buying is built to last. The best part is the price was a lot less than every other store we shopped. We have been searching for furniture for almost a year, everything we needed was at Crystal Lake Furniture. I cannot say thank you enough. Do yourself a favor if you need furniture, stop in and talk them, you will be happy you did!
