Mattress Firm Crystal Lake

I was dreading going mattress shopping but it was a must. After visiting multiple stores i found it very confusing to compare one mattress to another. So i expected the same when going to mattress firm, I was pleasantly surprised to find the manager very helpful in explaining the differences in mattresses and cost changes between models and locations. After finding the mattress I wanted Paul was not pushy in making my purchase that day. He advised I go home and consider all options. After hearing that he was not just worried about me making a purchase but instead making the best selection from him. I decided to make my purchase that day. I have had the mattress almost a week and found that it has helped me sleep better than I could have expected. If it were not for Paul I definitely would have waited and possibly gone to another location. So Thank You Paul and Mattress firm. I had the bed with two days of my purchase. Now that is customer service.

Went to buy a new Mattress with my boyfriend and we worked with Steve. He was a great guy and answered all my crazy questions. We ended up picking out a mattress and it was delivered 2 days later. The delivery was very easy, they were on time and very professional. Unfortunately the mattress we picked out became very painful for me to continue to sleep on and was much firmer then I expected. We kept it for the 30 days and did all the tricks to break in the new mattress but in the end we needed to return it. Wayne was very helpful and understanding and helped with the return with no hassle. We really appreciate everything they did for us and they are great guys I recommend highly.

I was in need of a new mattress and after looking around several other mattress stores I wanted to give Back To Bed a try. I was greeted by the store manager Greg who was knowledgeable, patient and had a calm demeanor. This proved helpful on deciding what mattress was the best for me. He was very straightforward from the beginning asking what my price range was, and how firm a mattress I like. He then gave us several different options of mattresses to try and I was able to pick the right one for me. I would recommend this Back To Bed store as they have a nice selection of mattresses and also offer special sizes that other stores don't.

Before purchasing a new bed, I went to many different mattress providers in the area. Not only was I happiest with the bed I found/purchased at Back to Bed, which I have had now for almost two weeks and I love, but I was truly pleased with the customer service at Back to Bed over any other. I worked with sales representative Jon Elliot. Jon is very knowledgeable and didn't hound you as most sales reps do in this industry. He was available for any question I had and made the decision process for me much easier. Thank you Jon!

I bought a mattress here about a month ago and it's by far the most comfortable mattress I've owned. After checking out the other mattress stores in the area where the salespeople tried to guilt me into purchasing a mattress, I was pleasantly surprised by how humanly Paul treated me. I explained my spending range and he explained my options without trying to push me to an extremely expensive mattress. Trying out the different mattresses wasn't awkward either. I'd recommend this place to anyone in the area looking for a mattress instantly.
