The shopping experience was very nice! The sales person Selvia introduced herself and then said let me know if you need anything and allowed us to look around without hovering right by us. She would check in occasionally to see if we had any questions but it was so nice not having someone constantly right by you! Once we were settled in she answered all of our questions and showed us various options! She was very knowledgeable!!! The quality of their furniture was apparent and we’re very happy with our choice and can’t wait for it to be delivered!

We had a wonderful experience at Steinhafels, thanks especially to Nephie Jean-Jacques. She was professional, patient, and truly listened to our needs. Nephie took the time to explain options, offered helpful suggestions, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Her knowledge and friendly attitude made a big difference, and we never felt rushed or pressured. Linda was truly wonderful to work with. She immediately understood the vision I had for a specific furniture piece I needed to complete my space, and her interior design background really showed throughout the process. I also have to give a big shout-out to Rana, the home furnishing consultant at Steinhafels. I shop there often, and every single time she goes above and beyond to make me feel remembered and heard. Let’s be real — buying furniture can sometimes get frustrating — but somehow Rana always knows exactly what to say and do to calm me down (lol) and keep everything moving smoothly. Their service is a big reason I keep coming back.

Dan Rodriguez was great! Let me look at my own pace then answered all my questions and gave suggestions on other items I might like. I needed to come back with my husband but wasn’t sure if we would make it there before they closed and if the sale was still going on so I left him a voicemail and he called back within a few minutes. No high pressure sales and we were able to order what we liked. The store has so many options and reasonably priced.

Sam greeted us as soon as we entered the store. He wasn’t pushy by any means. Offered help and answered any and all questions we had. We spent a good 2 hours in there before finally making a decision and he made it a quick and easy purchase. I’ve made a career in sales and this was by far my best experience as a customer. How Sam isn’t running a store yet is beyond me! Can’t wait for our new furniture to arrive!
