Custom Comfort Mattress West Hollywood

The team at Custom Comfort West Hollywood knows how to provide excellent service. They took the time we needed to feel confident and comfortable with our mattress purchase. Now we are having their techs come to our home to fine-tune the height of our mattress. If you’re considering a new mattress, please visit Custom Comfort in West Hollywood to find a locally made mattress that is double sided, easy to spin and flip, and will provide you years, maybe decades, of restful sleep.

The team at Custom Comfort Mattress is exceptional; they are the only place I would consider purchasing from in the future. We have purchased several beds from them over the years and recently purchased a new bed for our master bedroom. We made a mistake on the sizing that was fully our fault — and the team went above and beyond to find a solution that worked for us, specifically when they didn’t need to. Phenomenal customer service. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I was searching for a place to make a custom sized mattress and found this store on Google search. I was first communicating with them via text messages. They kindly gave me all the information I need, and then I visited the store in person. I loved what I saw, the quality of the mattresses, and the price seemed good to me. I ordered a custom sized Twin XL mattress 40x80x10. I received my mattress in 3 weeks. The delivery was on time. My son loves the mattress, it’s very comfortable. Great customer service and quality, thank you!

Custom Comfort Mattress is the only place we’ll ever buy a mattress. My husband moves constantly in his sleep, yet I don’t feel a thing on my side of the bed. The craftsmanship and quality are exceptional, and both Jeff and John provided true concierge-level service from start to finish. We found the bed of our dreams—and every night’s sleep reminds us it was worth it. I recommend Custom Comfort without hesitation.

Right out of the gate, the team from Custom Comfort Mattress impressed me. They said they’d arrive between 10 and 12, and they showed up right at 10 o’clock on the dot. The guys were awesome, straight to the room, quick, clean, and super efficient. Everything was done with zero hassle. They went to my new place afterward, got everything set up perfectly, explained how to make adjustments, and gave me tips to get the best comfort. The whole process was in and out, fast, and professional. Honestly, just an amazing experience. Great service and great people! I’ve know the owner Gary for a while. He’s an awesome guy. Anyone looking to sleep better, he knows his stuff.
