Saatva

I had a wonderful experience in store while exploring the variety of bed options. I was not sure where to start or how finalize my purchase, but the in store experience went beyond my expectations! Bill was very helpful and professional. I was pleased with the service that was provided when testing out the different beds & pillows. I was able to provide feedback and receive the best recommendations for my style of comfort. Bill also offered other options that I was not aware about which allowed me to find the right bed! I love my classic queen (firm) bed and graphite pillows ☁️😇🤍☁️🤍😇☁️

We love our mattress. However the full/queen sheets we purchased for our queen bed barely fit. Our mattress is 11inch deep and the sheets are too short. Also the quality is cheap, could have got the same from Walmart for 1/5 th of the price… very disappointing

I haven’t received my Staava Classic mattress yet. Hopefully I will and let you how it is. However I have tried it for a few minutes in their beautiful showroom in Melrose. It was so comfortable. Fred the sale associate was helping me. He is so nice and helpful. Thank you Fred!!!

Researching and purchasing a mattress from Saatva was so easy. I loved their Melrose showroom in LA. Fred greeted me with a smile the minute I set foot in the door. He answered all of my questions and was so kind and professional. Fred sent me a link to fulfill my purchase. And so my purchase was one click away. I financed my mattress with Affirm through the link. The entire process was so awesome. I can't wait for my mattress to be delivered and finally get a good nights sleep. So excited to be a new Saatva mattress owner! I researched the heck out of mattresses onlin and Saatva was the winner all the way though! Thank you Fred and Saatva!

Bill was my salesman and he was so knowledgeable, helpful and easy to deal with. He was very thorough telling me about the mattress and everything else. The showroom is lovely. I enjoyed my visit and I look forward to receiving my Saatva mattress in 2 weeks.
