After half an hour of live testing of the showroom samples and a few more questions patiently answered, we knew we had found the right bed. I told him what I was looking for and my concerns. I never felt rushed or pressured. Allen took his time and also explained how the mattresses are made. He is very knowledgeable and knew which mattress would be best for me. I highly recommend you call and set up an appointment to meet with Allen. Delivery of the new mattresss and pick up of my old mattress was great. Robert and Omar were professional, made sure I was comfortable with the height of the bed and went over how to use the remote.

I don’t live on the left coast anymore, but I’ve heard about these beds. While there on a business trip, my curiosity got the best of me and I wandered into the store. Allen Y. was there and was a wealth of knowledge which resulted in a sale. In this pre-fab, make-a-buck world I admire a company that stays true to its values. Being a salesperson for most of my life, I did not want to hear Allen’s song and dance, but I was fascinated by how these beds are made, the all natural fabrics, and the craftsmanship that actually ends up being one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever felt. Although we don’t have these store in the East, Allen was able to get it delivered to me. He really understands the product and I couldn’t find a single reason that buying one was a bad idea.
