Upon entering the store, Gabe warmly welcomed us and took the time to understand what we were looking for and our price range. He clearly explained all of our options and gave us space to explore without pressure. Throughout our visit, he followed up thoughtfully and answered every question we had in full detail. We also had our toddler with us, and Gabe was incredibly receptive and patient throughout the entire experience. Despite how busy our toddler was, Gabe never made us feel rushed or uncomfortable and remained attentive, kind, and accommodating. As we were unfamiliar with making this type of purchase, we asked Gabe if he could pull up a mattress we were considering on Amazon and walk us through the pros and cons. He provided honest, genuine feedback that ultimately prevented us from wasting money on a temporary solution. While some may assume his role was simply to make a sale, that was not our experience at all. His guidance was truly informative and left us feeling empowered to make the decision that made the most sense for us at that time. Although we identified a great option during our visit, we decided to take some time to think it over and continue our research. As we compared options, we found that everything Gabe shared was accurate and consistent. We ultimately returned to purchase our top selection. We are very grateful for Gabe’s support, authenticity, and knowledge, and highly recommend working with him.

Besides the fact that the store is stocked with great products, it has been kept looking great and spotless by the owners and staff. Also, someone in your hiring department was smart enough to give Gabe Brown a sales position in that store. Gabe was, and still is, a great help to me. Not only is he a great salesperson, he’s very nice and kind. Plus he has a great attitude and personality. In my opinion, he’s an excellent asset for the Denver Mattress Company. Gabe helped us with our selections and could not have been more wonderful . He was super knowledgeable, so extremely professional and so kind and accommodating. We have been looking for mattresses for the last month and have been to many places but with Gabe’s help we were able to decide on both mattresses and get the best price and quality mattresses we have seen so far . I did a quick search online and saw there ere great deals during a time I was ready to consider our new purchase. So I reviewed the right mattresses for our ergonomic base and considered my and my spouse’s needs and we headed there. Upon entering we were delightfully greeted by Ian S. An employee who saw the we were on a mission and had ideas of our needs already. Ian S. Helped us get there so gracefully and with attention to detail as well as anticipating our needs for additional services because he truly listened! This made for a wonderful repeat experience!!! Ian was not a pushy salesman but took what we wanted and led us around the store until we found our match. The price was right and Ian found a way to get us extras while keeping the price low.
