Denver Mattress

The salesman was incredibly helpful. My last Denver mattress and adjustable frame. I’ve had over 20 years. And it still comfortable. The frame works as it should. I even still have the mattress protector I bought. The quality and value cannot be beat. I was at another national chain today and there was no comparison. To get something similar I would’ve Paid much more.

Will Smith was the representative we worked with regarding a purchase of Tempur-Pedic mattresses. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products we viewed. We did not feel any pressure to purchase and he answered all of our questions without hesitation. He shared his personal experience with the products and recommended that we take our time to test the products in the store which helped to make our final decision. He was very polite and easy to work with. We appreciated his knowledge, patience and willingness to go above and beyond to assist us with this purchase. This is the second time we have purchased mattresses from Denver Mattress Company in 14 years. We hope this recent purchase will last as long as the other one.

Will Smith was fabulous in helping us find the perfect mattress! He explained everything clearly and he even had it ready within an hour! Straight forward, helpful, knowledgeable & kind, what else does a consumer and patron need? Someone from corporate should buy this person lunch, he’s really going above and beyond. I even contacted him before the store opened so he was working before 8:30am on Saturday! Thanks will!!!!

Breanna was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She guided us through all the different mattresses based on our needs and sleeping issues. I highly recommend Denver Mattress.

It was great working with Andruw from start to end. Truly knowledgeable in products, great with quick math, very transparent and personable. At no point did we feel taken advantage from. The store was clean, including the visibility of the mattresses and pillow testing. Andruw was able to show us options that fit to our budget and didn’t be come upset about that. Though curiosity got the best of us when he mentioned a mattress that was severely out of price range - we of course had to try it and instantly it overruled all the mattresses in the store haha. But now we for sure know our next mattress will have to be the Aireloom Solano Luxetop™ Plush which is $5500. My husband has pretty excruciating lower back pain so we went with the Doctor's Choice® Hybrid Eurotop Queen at about $1200. Definitely wish we could have been able to afford the HS Platinum Base too. We have only just got our bed today and new pillows (Doctor’s Choice® Down Alternative Fiber Firm Jumbo) so we are eager for tonight’s rest in bed. Only con to the store : please get rid of the green hand soap in the bathroom 😅
