Sleep Number

Customer service was fine, but they have nothing in store, and this is how our $400+ order arrived. *edit to the owners reply. I did not come in to purchase a bed, we have two. I was only there to purchase sheets, as you can tell by the small box I did not order a bed. I will be returning the sheets, as they are very poor in quality & comfort. Thanks for apologizing for the packaging and how they were delivered & opened!

We walked into the Sleep Number store at Hamilton Place and had no idea where to even begin to look and how to choose a new mattress.. All we knew was we wanted one side firm and one side soft but there was much to learn about the different mattresses. Alexander was our sales associate and couldn’t have been more helpful and patient with all of our questions. Alex was knowledgeable and thoroughly explained all of our options. If you’re looking for a new mattress, stop by and ask for Alex and you won’t be disappointed!

I was very impressed when purchasing my Sleep Number mattress, the manager and Angel were both very helpful and honest. They could have easily sold me a more expensive mattress, but advised me for my needs the P5 or 18 would be better. I will definitely be buying more from the store and appreciate I can trust them!

We received our new SleepNumber bed yesterday & we absolutely love it! From the sales rep to the delivery guys, we’ve had excellent service. My husband & I are on opposite sides when it comes to a mattress; he likes soft & I like firm. This is the perfect bed for those couples who can’t compromise. My husband’s Sleep Number is a 25-30 & my Sleep Number is 75-80. I love this bed after 1 night of sleep!!

Very knowledgeable and professional but with a personalized approach. Demonstrated the sleep number process and dialed in an initial value for us both. Then moved to the i8 for a demo that did not disappoint. Gave us the controls and let us play as long as we wanted. Worked up a quote and revised that a few times until we had exactly what we wanted. Alex even went through the current sales and promotions to ensure our savings were maximized. We purchased right then not only due to the awesome product but also the detailed knowledge and low pressure sales techniques. I would highly recommend Alexander to anyone looking to upgrade their sleep game.
