Sleep Number

My husband and I had never been mattress shopping before and we were a little nervous about going in, especially because we weren’t really sure what we wanted. Julian helped us through the process to figure out what our best comfort level was and what mattresses were in our price range. He was a great salesman, and not in a pushy way. He gave us time to think and make our decisions. We didn’t intend on buying a mattress same day, but we ended up finding the perfect one with Julian’s help. 10/10 would recommend Julian at the Mattress Firm on University.

I recently purchased my king size mattress, and Tina was my sales rep at the Athens location. She assisted me with the greatest experience throughout the entire process! Although she thanked me with my patience while she showed me around the entire showroom, I want to thank her for being extremely nice and being so informative with so many options we tried that will support my needs in the near future. This was an amazing opportunity to learn what will work for me with choosing my bed choice, and I look forward to going to bed now! Thank you so much again from the Athens location!

We were very pleased with the professional and yet personal way that we were treated. We stopped at the Madison Al. store and were greeted by Robin, the store manager and Shawna. We were given a great presentation of the different models available and they made it easy for us to choose. I have owned a retail business for 30 years and it is rare to find employees with these qualities.

Lee waited on My Wife and I at the Madison Sleep Number store, clean, neat and professionally laid out store. Lee was extremely knowledgeable about the mattress business and could answer all questions. He walked us through our needs and concerns very professionally and gave us confidence that we were at the correct place to shop and purchase our bedding needs today. He was very easy and delightful to deal with. We would highly recommend him and Sleep Number to any Friends. We look forward to receiving our purchase in December. We have a King and three Twin Sleep Number beds all with mold in the air hoses and air chambers. We discovered it while moving the beds and when my wife was cleaning the mattress cover she also found a spot of mold on the exterior. We are extremely clean people and this is a serious health and safety concern, especially with children sleeping on these beds. When you spend thousands of dollars on a product you expect it to be safe. When my husband called customer service, the first rep acknowledged the issue and said she would endorse replacement - then transferred him to someone who was flat-out rude, repeatedly cut him off, and refused to let him speak. She insisted it wasn't mold. When he pointed out that she hadn't seen our photos and couldn't possibly know that, she said "I can guarantee you it isn't mold." How do you guarantee something you haven't even looked at? It doesn't matter how amazing a product is - if the customer service isn't there to back it up, what is the point? We are hoping the local store can do what corporate could not and actually help us resolve this. Will update this review based on outcome.
