We had an issue with a recliner that needed to be fixed, Zack came to the house and was able to fix the problem. He was professional, and courteous. Our first recliner had an issue and Zack replaced it, no questions asked. It was delivered 3 days later. I am very happy with Dorsey's.

View on GoogleOverall a fantastic experience. Zach was extremely helpful and guided my wife and I through the process of ordering a new (very large) couch. From fabric to pillow selections all the way down to the leg color. He kept us informed during the wait between ordering and delivery. The delivery guys were prompt and polite, taking very good care of our new couch and our home. 100% recommend over any other furniture store!
View on GoogleNever shopped at this store. I'm trying to do online research for a GENUINE leather recliner before traveling into stores. Don't have a lot of free time to just drive around and only find overpriced cheap furniture. I'm finding that some salespersons thinks leather/vinal is genuine leather🤥(misleading) I do not find your site future customer friendly. There's no description or prices listed. In my opinion customers shouldn't have to send a request for this information.

He had tons of helpful suggestions to get exactly what we were looking for, including a material that will withstand our four legged pals. He gave us plenty of space to think, plan and order. Delivery was fast and very professional. They even helped us move our old couch. I’ll go back time and time again to support a small business with great customer service.
