My husband & I bought our king size Dux over 20 years ago (almost 22!). There isn’t a day that goes by where I am not thankful to my husband for walking me into this store around the corner from our place on 22nd St & PAS. Such a lovely store in Flatiron, been there for about 25 (or close to years)! Their products are bar none. Customer service is neck & neck with their quality, you must have the best to represent the best! Once I became an owner of a Dux bed i felt like i joined a private club. Anytime I’ve been to other Duxiana stores & told them I own a king Dux, it’s like “oh, here’s your “champagne & chocolates!” (Ok, well that only happened twice, but who else does that?? Seriously! Gestures like that go a LONG WAY & STAY PLANTED IN YOUR MEMORY! It’s not every day little ol’ average me is dropping between $10-$15,000 on a bed & linens! Another perk+ is that I LOVE how we can so easily flip the mattress top! At first I thought my new husband was crazy when he told me the cost - but here we are now, 22 years later, our boys nearly grown, 1 a college sophomore the other a H.S. Junior. And we made it through (so far anyways!) each night - sleeping soundly on our Dux bed!. For every night we have been at home sleeping in our Duxiana bed, it has been without a doubt a greats night sleep. This bed saw me through 2 pregnancies & 9/11, 1 back surgery & 1 hip replacement, it has done more than survived “us”, it has endured us/our family & it has lived up to its name & quality. I am a proud owner of my king Dux bed. The ONLY way I would ever get rid of it is if I died or downsized to a Full/Queen size Dux. A king size bed is great when the kiddos were little. But now it feels (& is) so big we have to send out a search party to find each other’s feet! Haha! Just kidding- but seriously, I give this company my highest rating, so I guess that’s 5 Stars- & TOTALLY WORTH THE INVESTMENT! It’s never sagged or drooped or bunched up - got misshaped, honestly, none of those things has ever happened nor do I fear it happening. To Duxiana & all your employees, I sincerely hope you enjoy working for a company that makes such a quality product! All my experiences have been positive & your customer service is par excellence Great company & great customer service. Duxiana - you have a customer for life! .
