recently visited the store and had the pleasure of being assisted by Abdallah Bokhari. I was immediately struck by his exceptional knowledge of the products. He patiently answered all of my questions, providing detailed explanations and helpful recommendations. Abdallah's friendly and approachable demeanor made the entire experience enjoyable. He truly went above and beyond to ensure I found exactly what I needed. He's an amazing employee, and I'll definitely be back because of the excellent service I received!

UPDATE: I originally had a great experience here when purchasing my AC unit, but unfortunately that changed quickly. The unit broke within six weeks, and when I went back to schedule a replacement, I was told the appointment was confirmed for today between 9am–3pm. No one ever showed up. When I went to the store to ask, they told me the appointment was never actually made. Now I have to reschedule again and go through another heatwave without a working AC. This has been extremely frustrating. I can’t recommend buying from this location. The staff are friendly on the surface, but they haven’t kept their promises and the appliance quality has been disappointing. I came in the store. I met Elijah and he was great and helped me get delivery and set up. I got to replace my new TV. Well

I ordered a refrigerator last Saturday, delivery was set for today, received a text andcemail giving me the three hour window, saying driver would call before arrival. Had gotten up early prepared kitchen for the delivery and emptied the fridge. At 11 14 am get a call from Silvio, the salesman saying delivery had been canceled and postponed until tomorrow, claiming he tried to call me to confirm delivery, I had confirmed text I received. I had no calls in my call log, he sent his showing 5 calls in 30 minutes all less than ten seconds, no te t, no voice message. I wasted the whole day waiting and than having to put food back in refrigerator, William the manager was equally unhelpful helpful only refunding $39 delivery fee. I have been a loyal customer for more than 25 years, never again
