I, clearly a senior citizen, came into your Broadway store at about 5:20 pm this past Saturday evening just before closing time. The young lady at the desk couldn’t have been more helpful. I explained that I was looking to purchase one of your adjustable full size mattresses (that I had seen online) for my 95 year old sister but wanted her try out the mattresses so she could select the firmness she wanted. I explained that both she & my wife were sitting in my double parked car just in front of the store & asked if a salesperson could come out to the car with me to help my sister (who walks with the help of a rollator) come into the store while I waited in the car with my wife. A young salesman (who I’m told only works there on weekends) graciously came out and helped my sister walk to and into the store. He allowed her to test out the three mattress firmnesses. She chose one. He then helped her walk back to the car. At which point I left my wife and sister in the car for the short while that I needed to go back to the store in order to make the purchase. The two salespeople who helped us couldn’t have been more gracious. I am so grateful to them. This was anything but easy. Thank you!!!!

Jacob was great. He was very knowledgeable about the products and very patient with my family, as we worked on finding the best solution for us. The checkout process was also easy and seamless. It was a stress-free experience and we felt well attended to.

Angelique M. is so helpful! She gave me great advice on selecting a mattress and excellent customer service on the purchase. Delivery was also super fast and efficient (the drivers showed up within the first hour of a long window, and were in and out within 10 minutes, which was much appreciated!). So pleased that I came back to Angelique for a second order. Thanks for great customer service!

I had an exceptional experience at Saatva, specifically with Nadesge on the viewing room team. I came in at lunch over two days (one day to test and one day to purchase). The sales vibe is helpful and attentive but not pushy and the space is very nice (Mattress Firm could never!) This was my first time buying a proper mattress and Nadesge made the entire process seamless. I can't recommend her or Saatva more! (The delivery was also very well done, but that's another review......)
