I had a great experience working with Maria at Mattress Firm in London Square. We went in to purchase a mattress for my son, and she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She explained the differences between several mattresses and helped us find one that truly fit my sons comfort and my budget. Her patience and professionalism really stood out. She answered all of our questions, let my son take his time testing different options, and made the whole process pressure free. Overall, the customer service was excellent, and I really appreciate the honesty and helpful attitude Maria showed throughout the entire experience. I would definitely recommend working with her if you’re looking for a new mattress.
View on GoogleI had such a great experience today buying my mattress. Allan made the experience so pleasant. He was very knowledgeable about mattresses and help me to find the perfect one for me. I am in love with the mattress i purchased. They delivered my mattress in two days and they took away my old mattress. I didn’t have to do anything! Adam called me later to make sure everything went smoothly. I am very happy with my purchase and costumer service.
View on GoogleWhen I went into the store looking for new Tempur-Pedic pillows. Maria Margarita helped me and she was wonderful & extremely helpful. She brought me different pillows to try and I wound up buying the Tempur-Breeze Pro High Queen & I really love it. Maria is a great asset to your store because she really goes out of her way to help you with no pressure which to me is very important.

View on GoogleI had the best experience. It was my first time at this Mattress Firm location (London Square) and I would do it again. I called ahead to make sure it had what I was looking for. From the moment Maria answered the phone, she was so helpful. She was pleasant, funny, made me feel comfortable and she took her time. She was very knowledgeable about her products and answered all my questions. Her customer service was awesome. Once the mattresses were delivered, I had an issue with one of the mattresses and she helped me take care of it - no questions asked. If you go to this store, ask for Maria. 🙂
