I purchased a three piece living room set from Farmer in September 2025 and the movers brought it out and damaged my door way in my house and has not fixed it yet. The loveseats has holes underneath the bottom with the paint from the wall of my door way. Plus my cushion in center front of one loveseat is flat as if something heavy has been set on it. Now, we all know if our payment was due they would be calling or adding late fees 😞😕....

Great experience!! Love my coffee table and end tables ,lamps also my kitchen table and chairs . Everyone was so sweet and helpful.

Got a living room & dining room set from them had to wait 3 weeks to receive them. Once the items showed up had to replace and broken chair right off the get go. They hired new employees thought they were doing something better paid off items. So thought we’d go back & get something new they forget to order my item then on the day it was to be delivered that’s when decided to call and say we don’t have your item that they didn’t do the one job to get it to the store. The boss lady is out and the new employees don’t have a clue on what they are doing & now I have to wait even longer to receive my item I paid over half for, then tried to charge an additional delivery fee even though it was included in my order. So we tried talking to them and even tried talking to a fill in management to get this sorted & was told they couldn’t and pretty much refused to try and help in anyway. Due to the boss being out. So as soon I I receive my item & it’s not busted/damaged I will pay my remaining balance & no longer deal with a company that clearly doesn’t care about where their paychecks come from & the customers who make it happen.
