Not only was it a four hour process for approval on January 6th 2026, they forgot to get the serial numbers entered in their system and called 3 days later (January 9, 2026) for my washer and dryer serial numbers. After that call, (January 11, 2026) 3 days later I get a phone call stating that I am 1 month late on my payment. My first payment is due February 1, 2026. Currently it is January 15 th, 2026 and my dryer does not heat. Disappointed would be an understatement at this point. I have been a loyal customer that has paid off thousands of dollars worth merchandise purchased throughout the past 7 years. Today I have put my clothes through 4 cycles to dry and all four cycles failed to dry my clothes and I will undoubtedly have soured clothes by the time a laundromat opens in the morning. Tomorrow is Friday that I will be calling and I’m almost positive they will not have a resolution until next week. I sure hope they make things right because this experience with Saraland, Alabama’s Farmers Furniture has been the least pleasant.
