Wade went above and beyond helping us find the perfect mattress. He was incredibly personal and kind, and he even took the time to play with our children and include them in the buying process, which meant so much to us. We never once felt pressured—he truly made sure we were comfortable and confident in our decision. Wade provided excellent education on each mattress we tried and even brought out multiple pillows to ensure our comfort. We ended up leaving with two pillows as well! This was hands down one of the best purchasing experiences we’ve had. Highly recommend working with Wade.

I am unable to leave my home at this time so I sent my daughter to Mattress Firm to look at some mattresses I looked at on line. When she got there there was was one sales person and another couple and then another person came in which made 3 people, the sales person Wade still made time to check on my daughter and her needs. He continously made a point to check with and her and give her the information I needed to make a purchase from home. Later that evening I got the opportunity to discuss the information he gave my daughter earlier that day and I made my purchase that evening over the phone. Wade made our transaction feel safe using a link to pay for the mattress and his customer service was a 5 out of 5 star conversation. I am going to make another purchase and I'll definitely be asking for Wade!

Wade, at the Spring Hill store, was so knowledgeable and patient with us - we asked so many questions! He explained the differences and benefits of any mattress we looked at and never made us feel rushed. In making our final decision Wade was able to find an option in the clearance center for a portion of our purchase that saved us a significant amount.
