Ferguson Family Mattress

First let me admit, my wife and I are not easy customers. We are particular about what we want and not easy to make up our mind. We went to both stores a few times. With this the customer service from all the Ferguson staff (Beth, Elileen, and Tom) was outstanding. Answered all our many questions and provided the best solutions. They have the best prices around. When our mattress delivery from the factory was delayed (no fault of Ferguson's), they made it right even though they didn't need to. We will go the Furgusons for all our future bedding needs.

Very pleasant shopping experience. They had exactly what I needed--two single bed mattresses for a bunk bed--and I saved literally hundreds of dollars. A little difficult to find on busy US 17 just north of 526, but well worth the effort and I was happy to be supporting a 100% family-owned business.

Absolutely amazing service. I never felt like the guy was a salesman, more of someone just trying to help me find what I needed within my budget. I needed a mattress right away so he was able to sell me one of their floor models with delivery the next day. Great military benefits, great prices, and overall great service! Highly recommend.

I had the best experience with Beth!!! This store has great mattresses and great deals! The customer service was awesome! I am very happy I went with them!

What a great experience! We walked through the door and 20 minutes later walked out and had our bed delivered the NEXT DAY! Blake was super professional and knew exactly what we were looking for. It was an easy and pleasant shopping experience!
