Eric was an excellent salesperson to work with. He was very personable and took the time to learn about our different needs before making mattress recommendations. We appreciated his honesty and patience in answering all our questions. We went to several premier mattress stores before working with Eric at Mattress Firm, and he definitely earned our business by differentiating his products vs. competitor offerings. I highly recommend Eric to other shoppers.
View on GoogleWe had a wonderful experience with Mattress Firm, Mt pleasant, SC. Our sales person was Preston. He was knowledgeable, not pushy and very nice to work with. Delivery was on time, smooth, no damage bringing in the new mattress or taking out the old one. A very positive experience.
View on GoogleEric is amazing! Highly recommend going in person and trying out the mattresses! We almost bought one online that chat GPT recommended and I’m so glad we didn’t. Feeling the difference in quality and talking out the options with a qualified person is worth every dollar 💵. When you sleep 8+ hours every night take an hour and let these guys hook you up!!
View on GoogleWe had an excellent experience with Eric! This was our first time buying a mattress and the amount of information can be daunting. Eric helped us easily navigate all of our options and find the best choices for our family! We never felt bombarded or pressured to make a fast decision. Eric was supportive, professional and friendly throughout our buying process. Highly satisfied from start to finish!
View on GoogleHad a great experience with Mattress Firm in Mt Pleasant. Eric and Preston both assisted me and went out of their way to help me making sure that I got the mattress I needed. I also really liked the ability to text back and forth when I had follow up questions, while I thought through which mattress worked best! .
