David Abel helped me pick out a new mattress at the Mt. Pleasant, Mattress Firm store yesterday. He was very professional and friendly. He also was very knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect mattress. It was a pleasant and nice experience. I would recommend David to all my friends.
View on GoogleHad a terrific experience at the Mt. Pleasant store this afternoon. My wife and I went in to look for a new mattress and our expectations were guarded at best. But we met David who was great. He was very knowledgeable, patient and overall just a real pleasant guy. He spent quite a bit of time with us and guided us to a very good purchase and we left super happy. After having many so so experiences with less than stellar retail sales people, it was a real breath of fresh air. We would definitely recommend David to anyone looking for a new mattress.
View on GoogleNobody likes moving! Lol 😆 but we are excited for a new and improved, healthier living space.!! But with that comes a lot of work, expense, and headaches replacing things that need a Fresh Start! We needed a new bed base for our organic latex mattress layers. After scrolling and scrolling online, I ended up just calling Matress Firm in Mount Pleasant. I was able to speak to a live representative, Nichole, And she was very helpful and accommodating, and very knowledgeable and professional. She helped guide us through the whole process of choosing the right bed base, at the right price, and with the quality we needed. She also helped with every detail we needed, down to the delivery ASAP process. Now I can “rest easy “ (no pun) knowing we made the right choice!! Thanks Nichole!!!
View on GoogleDavid was fantastic. Very knowledgeable, kind and customer focused. Not once did I feel “sold” on something. He helped my wife and I find the best mattress for our needs and wants. I highly recommend asking for David
View on GoogleRobin is terrific to work with! He took plenty of time letting us try out different mattresses and explained all the pros/cons to each while fitting us to the perfect mattress and base! We highly recommend you visit his showroom and let Robin help you!
