Fantastic Experience at Relax The Back! I can’t say enough good things about my visit to Relax The Back. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to understand my needs before suggesting products. They weren’t pushy at all—just genuinely interested in helping me find the right fit. The quality of the chairs and ergonomic products is top-notch, and you can really feel the difference compared to what you find elsewhere. I ended up with something that not only feels amazing but also supports my posture perfectly. The whole experience was relaxing, informative, and worth every minute. You cannot find better made or built recliners, beds, desk chairs, wedge sets and every product they carry. Todd goes above and beyond all businesses to make sure everything is right, service is exemplary, and customers are pleased. He has 34 years of knowledge of how to help eliminate pain and treats his customers the way he would treat his family. They are the best in every way especially service after the sale. Great folks!

I stopped by later in the day and the owner, Todd and the young lady who helped me on the phone explained the products I was purchasing and how to use them. Both of them were so pleasant to deal with. I will be shopping Relax The Back in the future. I would highly recommend this business for your back, sleep and relaxing and supporting chairs and beds. View on GoogleI very rarely leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share this experience. While I had a great in-store shopping experience, I was never informed that the chair would take six weeks to arrive. When it finally did, it came in multiple boxes and pieces with NO assembly instructions—leaving me to figure it out on my own. To make matters worse, I had to deal with customs (also not disclosed when I purchased it) and was even asked to disclose my Social Security Number to get it delivered, which is completely unacceptable. For a chair at this price point, I expected white-glove delivery and professional installation, not a DIY headache. Would not recommend purchasing from here unless the experience and delivery process drastically improve.
