If you’re like us, you know furnishing a home can be equal parts exciting and overwhelming. Three years ago, my wife and I bought a new home and decided to outfit the entire place from rugs and tables to couches, paintings, and more. We weren’t just looking for furniture. We were looking for a space that felt like us.
That search led us to Fly By Night in Northampton, MA and to Joe.
From the moment we walked in, Joe was different. No pushy sales talk. No rushing us through decisions. Just genuine patience, thoughtful suggestions, and an eye for detail. He helped us narrow down countless choices and even brought in other designers to make sure we were thinking about every possibility. Because we were furnishing the whole house, Joe came out personally to take measurements, making sure every piece would not only fit perfectly but also look right in the room.
At every turn, they went above and beyond.
The result is that three years later, we still love everything. Every piece still looks like new. The quality, the construction, the fabrics, and the craftsmanship are outstanding. We recently went back for another purchase and got the exact same incredible service. Consistency like that is rare.
Not long after our first delivery, I accidentally scratched one of our dining chairs. I felt sick about it. They sent someone out to repair it, and the work was so flawless we could not even tell where the scratch had been.
Another thing we love is that they have options. There are pieces that are more modestly priced when budget is the focus and there are high-end statement pieces that are worth splurging on because they will last a lifetime.
The delivery was timely, professional, and respectful of our home.

I've purchased from Fly By Night twice, both times were 5/5 experiences. Great furniture at fair prices, staff who don't pressure and also happen to have good taste, as well as a wide enough selection. It's a good store.

Had a bed frame delivered and assembled. The delivery was so quick and efficient, very personable, friendly delivery people. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy from Fly by Night again.

Oh Wow, I accompanied my friend as she came to pick up a desk she purchased. Instead of going straight to the warehouse we went to the showroom to look at their other furniture in person, as she made her purchase online. The quality and craftsmanship is breathtaking. The variety of furniture styles is impressive. I found a desk and shelves that I plan on purchasing. And while initially the prices might seem high, especially for someone who is accustomed to buying discount furniture, it's very obvious that the quality of craftsmanship, materials and selection justify the cost. However, that said, a good range of offerings can fit a variety of budgets without any compromise in quality. These are truly heirloom pieces.
