Cal at the Northampton store is just amazing! So friendly, thorough and kind. Tom at the warehouse was fantastic as were the delivery guys! Great experience and the mattresses are so comfy!
View on GoogleThe showroom floor was nice and had all of their beds on display. The salesman Tom was very friendly, answered all of our questions, guided us to the types of mattresses we preferred, and wasn't pushy. He didn't mind my 3 year old jumping on the bed as we tested them out. The quality of the mattresses seriously impressed us, we truly liked them more than other name brand mattresses, and the prices were so much lower! We purchased one of their silver collection mattresses. The best part is that they make the mattresses themselves, so if we need a repair or to have the mattress re-fitted to a different level of firmness, they do it themselves. Couldn't be happier.
View on GoogleExtremely pleased with my new mattress in extra firm that provides great relief for my damaged back. Thank you so much for the relief! I would like to add that the delivery and removal was very quick and seamless. Thank you once again! Walt Feldman
View on GoogleYankee is great at three things: a) Communication. The sales folks hooked up us with the delivery folks. The delivery folks kept us in the loop all along the way. b) Delivery. We got our mattress ahead of schedule, most cooperative. c) Product Quality. We like a firm mattress. Yankee makes a firm mattress. Yankee delivered a firm mattress. In short - we are sleeping real well. Thank you Yankee.
View on GoogleSarah helped us and she was amazing. No pressure, super helpful and professional. We went back twice and she stayed late, sent email info, researched our questions. She totally went above and beyond. Tom handled the delivery. It was quicker than expected. The delivery guys were wonderful. Overall an excellent experience. The mattresses here are higher quality than you will find at a big box store for basically the same price if not less. Highly recommended.
