Mattress Firm Mountain Farms Mall

After doing a lot of research and setting a realistic budget, I came into Mattress Firm knowing I needed a better mattress. What I didn't know was which one would actually be right for me. Kevin was incredibly patient throughout the process. I think I tried just about every mattress in the store, and he never rushed me or pushed me toward something that wasn't a good fit. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and kept working through options with me. In fact, I was literally about to leave when Kevin asked me to try one more mattress. That ended up being the one. I've been sleeping on it for about a week now and have noticed a significant improvement in my overall sleep experience. I'm waking up feeling more rested and comfortable, and I'm very happy with the purchase. What stood out most was Kevin's patience, knowledge, and commitment to helping me find the right mattress rather than simply making a sale. If you're shopping for a mattress, I'd highly recommend working with him.

Danny was amazing. Very knowledgeable and helpful in looking for the right mattress for us. Every variable was given with the different type of mattresses we tried out. When undecided he gave us the space to talk it out and try out some more. We knew what mattress brand we wanted and he was able to give us all the information needed. Working with salesperson Danny was extremely easy. He was very polite, knew the products inside and out, and had a very calm/ no pressure sales persona. DEfinitely would recommend.

The Hadley MA location and working with Danny (and the others that helped out) was amazing- he truly went above and beyond to help us out through this process!! We felt no pressure at all the make a choice, and he gave us all the time and space we needed to make our decisions around the best fitting mattresses- along with educating us. This store was super friendly, non-intimidating and all around I highly recommend checking them out if you’re just even thinking of trying on some mattresses. Also, we wanted to try a mattress that this store didn’t have and they were able to point us to the Chicopee location that did. (We still ended up back in Hadley) The deliveries were quick and easy as well. The delivery people were also great to work with. We were also lucky that the mattresses we got happen to be during sales- a bonus. We ultimately ended up with a Tempur-pedic after trying a Beautyrest. So much gratitude to Danny and his team-Thank you!
