So far I've ordered two replacement couch cushions from them and my ten year old couch feels like new! Easy to order online, ships quickly for something custom made, and quality is good. I had a minor issue with one and customer service was responsive and sent a replacement item free of charge, immediately. You don't often find that kind of integrity these days.

Replacement couch cushions via FoamOrder was an excellent decision! Highly recommend. I was not yet ready to replace my sleeper sofa, but needed to revitalize the cushions. Placing the order was incredibly easy - use the image guide to measure correctly. My sofa looks brand new with new cushions! Keep an eye out if the cushions stay compressed during shipping - no damage sustained and still wrapped. It didn’t take 7 days for the cushions to become fully expanded. First photo is before all cushions replaced, only the far end cushion. The second is all cushions replaced (all smiles).

Great products and customer service I recently used EVA foam for creating a tool shadow board with cutouts made on a laser cutter. Additionally, I utilized single-side fabric-covered neoprene for the bottom layer to highlight missing tools and provide better grip. The product quality is excellent, and the customer service was outstanding—they answered many questions and even helped me get some samples to make an informed decision on ordering. They also assisted in tracking down a missing package that UPS had lost. The only minor downside is the shipping time; it can take about a week just to ship out from the time of ordering. I recommend ordering ahead of time to account for this. Overall, a great experience, and the delay just shows how in-demand their products are. I will definitely be using them much more in the future.

I was reupholstering an old chair that did not have any cushions. I ordered custom cushions and covers from FoamOrder and am so happy with how they turned out. I spent a little more for the down envelopes and they are very comfortable. Production did take roughly 5 weeks due to the covers being custom, but customer service was very helpful with updates. I'd definitely recommend them for your upholstery needs.
