We visited Mattress Firm in El Cerrito. Debra was attentive and acknowledged us as soon as we entered the store which goes a long way in our book. She was friendly, knowledgeable and allowed us to take our tine trying different matresses. She helped us find something thart best fit our needs and budget. We are extremely satisfied with the experience.
View on GoogleDebra was very kind, and made my first ever mattress buying experience a success even while balancing another customer in the store while she was the only one working! She gave me plenty of time and space to decide on which mattress felt best to me, and explained the delivery process so clearly!
View on GoogleI had a great experience at Mattress Firm. When I first visited, I met Daniel, who was very calm, patient, and not pushy at all. He took the time to understand my needs and gave thoughtful suggestions that really helped me make the right decision. I later came back and purchased both a bed and mattress, and I’m very happy with my choice. What I appreciated most was his honest and helpful approach—it made the whole process comfortable and stress-free. Not just me, but my sister, brother, and a friend have also purchased mattresses from here, and we’ve all had a positive experience. Truly appreciate such great customer service—it makes a big difference and helps you choose wisely for a good night’s sleep. Highly recommend!
View on GoogleDebra was sweet and knowledgeable. She encouraged us to take our time testing a variety of mattresses. She listened to our needs and answered all of our questions. We had plenty of them since we had not bought a mattress in many years. Thank you ! George and Leslie.
