Mancini's Sleepworld Pinole

Our needs were taken care of within minutes of entering the store. Marcos was knowledgeable, friendly, courteous - he helped find the perfect bed for us and arrangements for delivery were swift. Looking forward to our great new bed. Thank you so much. We’ve always been helped by wonderful staff at this location.

On May the 24th, 2026 I went to the Pinole Mancini’s to return a $2,899 Aireloom full-sized mattress that I had bought there nearly one year before. I expected to be met with some resistance and reluctance to honor their return policy. Was I mistaken! I was greeted by Mark Holloway, the same person who’d sold me the mattress originally, and he made the return a totally pleasant and even enjoyable experience. Full marks to Mark, and to Mancini’s!

Staff was super friendly and prices were very reasonable. No pressure from the salespeople but at the same time helpful. You can probably save a few bucks by ordering direct online but it was a pretty minor difference during the sale and the on-site advice made it worth it for us.

By far the best customer service I’ve had! It was a sweet man that had helped me and my partner pick out the perfect matress topper! He even offered to help me carry my stuff to the car❤️ I will definitely be purchasing a mattress from them soon! Thank you for making my sleep better 😁🙏🏽

My husband and I stopped at Mancini’s in Pinole on April 23, 2026 for a headboard and a mattress for our son’s bedroom. The gentleman named Sorosh showed us what is available on the floor as well as online. It didn’t take long for us to see what we wanted online. We also ended up buying a mattress for our bedroom. Sorosh is nice and very knowledgeable. I can’t wait to see what we ordered when it’s delivered. By the way we are a repeat customer at this location because we always get excellent service.
