Furniture Distribution Center

Don’t buy their warranty. The warranty company will do everything to deny it. And when you reach out to the furniture distribution company for help, they will simply ignore your email. My sectional also collapsed when my friend sat on it. Sat, not jumped. Where the leg was installed they used cheap particle board. It took me a couple hours to fix but I used a quality piece of wood instead. Terrible customer service and cheap products. I bought 3 sectionals from them. In the very least they can respond to my email and tell me to eat to dirt. But at least have the decency to reply.

We bought a sectional and some beds after our home flooded in Helene and could not be happier! The quality is so much better than more expensive furniture we have owned and deliver and set up was easy the the staff was so professional!

Please be careful what you purchase from there. I got the valencia sofa and love seat on November 21,2024 and the warranty. Jan 20, 2025 i noticed the seam is separating and contacted the warranty company for them to tell me that the warranty doesn't cover seams. Make sure you read the warranty good because I didn't read it. I was asked if I wanted it and said yes. So now I am out 928. O0. I am going to dispute it with my bank next

Very Disappointed , Delt with Jeff and after viewing and paying for the furniture I bought via Marketplace I expressed my concerns of the quality of the sets and how wobbly the headboards were he reassumed me that they would be sturdy after setting up. Well there garbage in my mind and still wobbly , I expressed my concerns on messanger and he deleted me out of the chat. Very unprofessional, I want to return the furniture and no one is returning my calls. Terrible quality for the price …..

Absolutely terrible customer service. They had terrible selection in the store and the only thing we could do was order mattresses that were similar, but not the same model. When they arrived they were nothing close to what we were able to try. As soon as the sale was made, both the salesperson and the manager turned a complete 180, going from happy to help. I have never seen such an abrupt change from being "willing to do whatever we can to get you what you want" to" all sales are final, deal with it."
