The minute I walked in the door I was immediately greeted with a smile. The young lady, Monika introduced herself and asked how she could assist me. I explained what I was looking for and before I knew it Monika started to educate me on the world of mattresses. She was extremely articulate and answered all my questions. I laid on a few beds and called my husband to come to the store to try out a few beds. It did not long for us to make a decision on the Sterns + Foster Reserve. I had shopped 2 other stores, who had the same mattress. We decided to purchase from Monika because of her knowledge, and how she explained the product and the benefits of purchasing from Mattress Firm. Monika is very professional and she had a way of reducing our anxiety about making this purchase. I would highly recommend Matress Firm and Monika.
